Say Good bye to dark elbows & knees !

Do you have beautiful arms, but dark spots on your elbows? Have you tried scrubbing the "dirt" off with soap to no avail? If so, there are a couple of things you can do to even out your skin tone.




Steps :

Lemon Juice Method

1. Cut a large lemon in half .





2. Squeeze out some of the juice from both halves so that you have two "cups".




3. Rub each lemon half on your elbows.





4. Keep cleansed area away from the sunlight by staying indoors or covering it with loose clothing.



5. You can rub away the pulp, but do not put water on or wash your elbows for about 3 hours.



6. Moisturize the area with milk , and you should see a significant difference.



7. Repeat this everyday until the dark spots are eliminated.



Heavy cream method

1. Get some heavy cream (or milk with a high fat content) and boil it until it is thick and clotted.


2.Mix in a half teaspoon of turmeric, with a half cup of gram-flour and blend into a paste.


3. Apply this paste to your elbows (and knees) that helps to  remove dark spots. You can also replace the heavy cream with buttermilk and the turmeric with ground oatmeal and two ground almonds



4.   wash it off after 3o minutes . 



5. works best with darker skin tones.



        Repeat the same process to your KNEES too.....
