HAIR ! can get dried out and damaged from the use of heat styling tools, dyes and chemical straighteners, and exposure to the sun and cold air. Every once in awhile it's a good idea to restore your hair's moisture with a good deep conditioning treatment.




"HAIR".......the richest ornament of women. So Keep condtioned your hair naturally !

Here are some natural hair conditioners that makes your hair smooth & soft :

1 . EGG :




Egg is full of protein and can be used as a very effective hair conditioner and treatment.

You Will Need
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oil or  coconut oil

Preperation & Application :
  • Olive oil mixed with egg is a great product, as it has the proteins from the egg, as well as the nourishing properties of olive oil.
  • Apply the mixture to the hair, concentrating on the dry ends & leave it for 1 hour.
  • Use tepid or cold water but not hot water ( b'coz hot water boils the egg mixture )  when you rinse it out, or you will end up with scrambled eggs on your head !

2. COCONUT MILK :


Coconut milk is a magic brew for promoting hair growth. 


Extracting Coconut Milk

Take a dry coconut and grate it. 


Grind to a fine paste and then sieve through a soft fine cloth to collect the milk of the coconut. 



Applying Coconut Milk :


• Extract sufficient coconut milk depending on the length of your hair.

• Apply the milk on the scalp and hair and allow it to dry.

• Keep it for about 2 hrs and then rinse your hair with normal water (do not apply shampoo). 


• This will leave behind the pure coconut oil in your hair. The natural oils from the milk coat the hair thus making it silkier and easier to manage.


• Keep the oil for 24 hours and shampoo the following day. 


• This process will make your hair softer and smoother. 




3 . Avocado Deep Conditioner :




  • 1/2 mashed ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 drops lavender or rosemary essential oil

Combine ingredients and apply to hair, focusing on the ends. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, then rinse.

4. coconut oil / olive oil :


  •  Small amount coconut, or olive oil.
Warm the oil to 100-105 degrees ( a little bit warm ) in a double boiler. Dampen your hair. Massage oil into the scalp and work through the strands, covering all hair completely. Leave the oil overnight for deep moisturizing and then, wash it off with herbal shampoo and rinse.

Oiling must be done atleast twice a week for good conditioning !!!!!!!!!

5 . Aloe vera :




  •  Two or three large, thick leaves from the aloe plant.
  • sharp knife, to remove the thick green skin from each leaf.
  • coconut oil.

Break down the jelly & Strain the blended jelly into a container. Add 2 to 5 spoons (depends on your hair length & volume )  & mix it well . Now massage the aloe vera jelly into your hair thoroughly, making sure that the hair is saturated from roots to tipsaloe sit in the hair for about 30 minutes. Rinse out the aloe.

6. Banana :


  •  Bananas
  • Coconut /olive /Almond  oil
  • Honey
Get 2 to3 bananas and mash it up in a bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey. You can also add a 3 spoons of oil as you can wish . Slather the banana mash through your hair (especially on the tips of your hair). Leave it on your hair for about 30 minutes. Rinse out with warm water.

7. Henna :






  • Henna powder .
  • Coconut oil.
  • Tea decoction.
  • curd.
  • Egg


Pour in the henna powder in a large ceramic or stainless steel bowl. Pour in the wet ingredients, a little at a time. Continue adding wet ingredients until the mixture is a muddy consistency. Leave the henna mixture in a warm place, covered in plastic wrap overnight or for several hours. Now Apply the henna to your head, making sure to get the ends (they tend to be dry), the roots, and particularly the hairline . After 2 hours (or longer), rinse out the henna. Let your hair air-dry. Do not wash it or get it wet for another 24 -48 hours.



8. Yogurt (Curd ):




  • One cup of Yogurt .
  • Olive oil .
  • Egg (for dry Hair ) .

Blend or whisk half a cup of yogurt till it turns into a smooth paste & add olive oil , mix it well. Coat your hair with it, wrap your hair in a towel, and then wash your hair thoroughly after about 20-30 minutes.

Dry hair tend to get very frizzy, so to prevent that from happening by taking 1 cup of yogurt and one egg, and mix them well in a bowl. Massage this mixture well into your hair, leave it for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off. This conditioner can soften dull hair and help to detangle them without causing breakage. You can also add olive oil to this hair pack if you have very dry hair.

9. Honey :








  • 4 tbsp honey.
  • 3 tbsp olive oil.
  • Few tbsp plain yogurt or buttermilk.
Put olive oil in bowl and microwave until warm, not hot. Add honey and yogurt (or buttermilk) to olive oil and stir until well blended.   Apply to damp, clean hair. You may want to use an applicator bottle to make application easier. Leave the honey in your hair for only 20 minutes – then rinse thoroughly with warm water.  You may have to rinse twice to make sure all the conditioner is removed.   Use this product once or twice a month.  You’ll see the difference right away!

10. Tea Decoction :

                        
           Tea decoction acts as a good conditioner for hair !





  • One cup of Tea Decoction .
Prepare a cup of Tea Decoction & let it cool down at room temperature. wash your hair with some herbal shampoo. Now pour this decoction on your wet hair & massage your hair softly until the decoction reaches the roots of the hair to tips. Let the decoction stay on hair for atleast 5 minutes . Rinse it off with water (No application of shampoo again)  . 
you can feel the difference when your hair was completely dry .
