HERE ARE SOME DO 'S & DONT 'S FOR HEALTHY SLEEP :
DO 'S
- keep your bedroom clean and orderly, quiet and dark, cool and inviting. Choose a comfortable mattress. change your Bedsheets -pillow covers & Window curtains atleast once in 5 days .
- Take a warm shower or bubble bath & wear tight free clothes which makes you to feel more comfortable for sleep .
- Listening to lite feel good music ( not too noisy ) .
- Do go for sleep and wake up at the same time every day. This helps maintaing your body's natural sleep cycle clock.
- Sleep only as much as you need to feel rested. Atleast 8 hours a day.
DONT 'S:
- Don't drink caffeine-containing beverages (coffee, tea, soft drinks) after dinner.
- Discontinue cigarette smoking, in general, but especially prior to sleep.
- Avoid arguments before sleep.
- Avoid going to sleep when angry or worried.
