heal the shoe bites

Shoe bite is a very common problem. Basically, a shoe bite is a blister resulting from a shoe rubbing against the heel of your foot. Often wearing pencil heels, ill-fitting shoes or new shoes results in shoe bite.

Try these simple tips to heal your shoe-bites quickly

1. Make a thick paste of rice powder and water. Apply it on the shoe bite. Rinse of after it dries. This will soothe the irritation.

2. Put some Neem leaves in the mixer with a tablespoon of turmeric powder and add a bit of water to it. Now, apply this paste on the shoe bite. The turmeric mixture is disinfectant and dries up the bite area.

3. Apply a mix of a teaspoon of honey and sesame oil on the affected area.

4. Apply a little petroleum jelly inside your new shoes and let it remain for the night. This softens the shoes but clean them before wearing. Similarly, applying coconut oil also helps.

5.If you got heel shoes then apply some potato slices on the heel area inside the shoe for two consecutive nights.
